I have a passion for environmental sustainability and welcome the opportunity to work with companies that also embrace the wellbeing of our planet for all creatures.   I have a passion for sustainability including but not limited to ESG (Environmental Social Responsibility) and SCR (Sustainability and Climate Risk) to help create a healthy future for our planet many generations ahead. 

I have over 15 years of search experience which started in 2006 when I started a successful office personnel and  junior accounting practice with a firm for a number of years.  I developed a successful understanding of what motivates different skill sets to create successful placements.  I then moved into middle management and executive search where I learned about a whole new level of search; what motivates these candidates, the diversity of leadership styles and how this can influence corporate culture successfully.   

I have now started my own headhunting practice.  I partner with my  clients and become entrenched in their corporate culture, understanding thier values, organizational development and personnel needs in order to develop and maintain a successful long term partnership.   

My mission is to create a trusting partnership with my clients one placement at a time.  I partner with my clients and work with them to fill their search needs from administrative and operational to middle management and executive search across all fields.  Through this partnership structure I develop a solid understanding of my clients present and future needs, helping them stay on top of their staffing and succession planning strategy and be on the lookout for top talent in this tight labour market that is a fit with their growth strategy and culture.
